1. Scope of Services
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of translation, interpreting, and related language services by TJC Global. By engaging our services and formally accepting a provided quotation, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms. TJC Global commits to executing all services with reasonable skill, care, and in accordance with ISO 17100:2015 quality standards.
2. Quotations, Fees, and Cancellations
All quotations are based on the client’s initial description of the project scope. Should the scope, document length, or required technical expertise change, TJC Global reserves the right to adjust the fees accordingly. In the event of a cancellation by the Client after an interpreting booking has been confirmed or translation work has commenced, a cancellation fee will apply. Specific cancellation timelines and penalties will be explicitly outlined in your project contract.
3. Client Responsibilities and Copyright
The Client guarantees that they hold the necessary copyrights, permissions, and legal authority to request the translation of all submitted materials. TJC Global accepts no liability for any copyright infringement resulting from the translation of client-provided documents. Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, the copyright of the translated deliverables transfers entirely to the Client.
4. Liability and Indemnity
While TJC Global utilizes rigorous quality control measures, language translation involves inherent subjective interpretation. TJC Global shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from alleged inaccuracies, omissions, or delays in service. Our total liability under any contract shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for that specific project.
